Координатор по работе с клиентами
управление автопарком

Обязанности:

Обработка и регистрация входящих вызовов;
Сопровождение клиентов по операционным вопросам;
Работа с поставщиками;
Ведение документооборота;
Обработка счетов и отслеживание кредиторской задолженности;
Разработка и предоставление на регулярной основе отчетов, определенных руководителем отдела;
Выполнение дополнительных поручений, замещение коллег на время их отсутствия, в том числе на территории клиента

Требования:

Высшее образование /незаконченное высшее;
Владение письменным и устным английским языком не ниже уровня Intermediate;
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
Хорошие коммуникативные навыки;
Стрессоустойчивость, способность работать в режиме многозадачности;
Опыт работы в области транспорта и перевозок приветствуется.

Условия:

Оформление только по ТК РФ

Испытательный срок - 3 мес.

• A minimum 2 years of experience is required in vehicle sales or channel sales with a renowned company.
• Experience selling Leasing and Fleet management products is a plus point.


Education qualification
• Candidate must have a University degree.
• The candidate must have attended training in Sales & Marketing.
• Car driving license


Skills & Knowledge required
• Candidate must have strong communication skills.
• Candidate must be very confident.
• Ability to give presentation in front of a technical audience.
• Can perform under high pressure.
• Experience in cold calling & lead generation.
• Can develop channel and market strategy.
• Ability to work in an environment of constant change.
• Experience in working flexible environment.
• Should have a go getter attitude, high energy hunter.
• Experience is making quotes, negotiation & deal closing.
• Can handle the whole sales cycle.
• Knowledge about CRM is a plus.
• Understanding of the Car trade is considered a plus.


High level overview of job requirement
• Creating demand of the products in the market.
• Working as a key point between customer & organization.
• Demonstrating and explaining products to the clients.
• Handle complete sales life cycle.
• Ensuring high quality customer satisfaction.
• Self analysis. (Continuous improvement)
• Ensuring 100% of targets achievement.
• Managing distribution sector / channel of products
