25 years’ experience in the leasing and fleet management field and joined IAL Group as General Director in May 2010 after spending 19 years at Marshall of Cambridge in the UK within their vehicle management and leasing company.
In his current role at IAL he is responsible for the future strategy, expansion and direction of the company and the implementation of a programme of continuous improvement ensuring that our services levels remain consistently high and that we continue to provide our valued clients with the service that they demand. He has extensive experience in all aspects of vehicles fleet management and finance brings a wealth of experience to the IAL team, including the formulation and implementation of a range of innovative new products to be launched in the next few months.

Craig Curphey

Operations Director
Shareholder and Operations Director since 2006.
Responsible for all operations in IAL, including vehicle management, customer service, driver management, vehicle procurement and remarketing.
Set up Rekanz LLC in 2002 providing first fleet management software for international fleets operating in Russia and fleet management – Rekanz is now part of IAL Group. Previous to IAL was Country Manager Russia at DHL and Service Manager DHL UK. Before this, various roles in general management and accounting at DHL, Couriers Please Australia, Otis Elevator.

Grigory Pismenny

12 years' experience in management accounting and corporate finance in telecom and operational leasing industries including 2 years with IAL Group, 6 years with Mobile TeleSystems (MBT at NYSE) and 2 years with Sky Link.
Proficiency in management accounting, IFRS, US GAAP, Russian Tax Law and accounting, cooperation with Big 4 and other auditors, financial modeling, accounting IT systems, internal controls and fundraising

Sales Director
Joined the company in June, 2010 as Sales Director.
In his current position he is responsible for IAL’s business development and sales growth. Prior to joining the company, he spent 20 years in sales within various industries.
His extensive experience in the IT Outsourcing, Production and FMCG resulted in the successful implementation and delivery of many advanced and innovative solutions to his previous companies.

Marina Kupriyanova

Key Account Director
Joined the company in March, 2010 as Deputy Sales Director.
In her current position Mrs. Kupriyanova is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with all IAL key clients.
Prior to joining the company, she worked for more than 13 years for Philips Electronics on various positions, for the last 5 years in that company - as Corporate Communications Manager.
Her long term-experience and personal qualities help IAL to always find solutions, be aware of our clients' needs and demands which results in bringing our service to higher levels.

Vadim Sakhonko

Projects Director
Joined the company in June, 2011 as Projects Director.
In his current position he is responsible for IAL’s business process optimization. Before shifting his focus to Operational Leasing early into his career, he worked as a business unit manager in the Global Transaction Services department at Corporate Citibank Russia, followed by business development experience with BMW Bank in Russia.

Chris Gilbert

Regional Director
Chris joined IAL Group in January 2012, and is responsible for driving and coordinating the company’s regional expansion. Before coming to IAL, Chris worked for 6 years at the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce, most recently as the RBCC’s Russia Director based in Moscow. A fluent Russian speaker, Chris brings a wealth of management and business development experience to his new role, where he will be based full-time in St Petersburg. First visited Russia in 1989, and studied in Moscow in the early 1990s before embarking on a career in international sales. Chris’s in-depth market knowledge and extensive network of contacts in business and government circles will be key to the success of IAL Group’s regional development strategy.
